My philosophy is simple. I believe the human body can heal itself. Through one massage at a time I hope to give people relief from pain, grief, trauma and many other things. During the session, I will listen to and understand what the client tells me plus what their body needs. Through this we will begin the steps to healing the body and quieting the mind with a collaborative treatment plan that will enhance one’s wellbeing.
I started my business so that I could use my skill set to help people looking to begin a road to a healthier and happier life for themselves and to assist in the path to self-care.
A little bit about me: I grew up here in Napa California. Spent most of my 50 years of life in the beautiful Napa. I moved away to Colorado for ten years where I gained my massage training. I returned to California over 5 years ago to be closer to my dad and family. My dad worked for the City of Napa for 30 years. He was a big inspiration for my path to become a healer. He always wanted me to be my best. I believe today I am doing exactly that. I enjoy time spent with family and friends. I love being a massage therapist and helping others. Some of my hobbies are reading, drawing or glass etching and listening to country music. My biggest interest is in my family, friends and helping those I can along my path in this life.
